Angela Santamaria

Angela Santamaria is a luxury real estate professional specializing in South Florida's premier residential developments and waterfront properties. Originally from Medellín, Colombia, she earned her degree from Universidad EAFIT before completing her Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Nova Southeastern University in Florida.

Having called Miami home for many years, Angela possesses an in-depth understanding of the city's luxury real estate market, lifestyle, and evolving opportunities. Since 2004, she has successfully represented buyers, sellers, investors, and developers, combining market expertise with a highly personalized approach to deliver exceptional results.

Today, Angela serves as the In-House Sales Executive for Kempinski Residences Miami Design District, the first Kempinski-branded residential development in the United States. In this role, she works closely with luxury buyers, top-producing brokers, and international clients, introducing one of Miami's most exclusive branded residential offerings.

Throughout her career, Angela has represented some of South Florida's most prestigious luxury developments, including Armani/Casa Residences Sunny Isles Beach, 1 Hotel & Homes South Beach, Jade Signature, Trump Hollywood, Marquis Miami, Marina Blue, MEi Miami Beach, and numerous other iconic condominium projects. She has also successfully marketed and sold luxury penthouses valued between $13 million and $28 million.

Angela's international perspective has been instrumental in her success. She has traveled extensively throughout Latin America, Brazil, Europe, Asia, and across the United States, building long-standing relationships with leading real estate professionals and connecting international buyers with Miami's luxury market.

Her achievements have earned her recognition as a Platinum Circle Top Producer, reflecting years of excellence in luxury real estate sales and client representation.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Angela is known for her professionalism, market knowledge, discretion, and commitment to providing an exceptional client experience.

Beyond real estate, Angela actively supports several cultural and philanthropic organizations, including the Little Lighthouse Foundation, Pérez Art Museum Miami (PAMM), The Bass Museum of Art, and Friends of the New World Symphony.
